Overview

The Customer Success Business Partner will drive adoption, retention, and expansion across strategic customer relationships in a senior, customer-facing role requiring supply chain expertise and technical fluency.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary contact for strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and ongoing governance meetings.
  • Maintain and grow relationships across customer personas.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Drive adoption of Lyric’s platform across users and teams.
  • Monitor and improve customer health metrics and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for platform expansion.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to customers in supply chain domains.
  • Support onboarding and scaling in collaboration with Professional Services.
  • Surface actionable customer feedback to inform product priorities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles.
  • Deep knowledge of supply chain domains.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong program and stakeholder management experience.
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to communicate customer impact.
  • Bonus: Experience in modeling or AI/ML tools.
  • Up to 25% travel expected, primarily within the US.
