The Customer Success Business Partner at Lyric will drive adoption, retention, and expansion across strategic customer relationships, utilizing deep supply chain expertise and strong technical fluency.

• Serve as the primary Customer Success contact for strategic enterprise accounts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Customer Success or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain domains.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong program and stakeholder management experience.
• Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Proven ability to quantify and communicate customer impact.
