  • Monitor and improve customer health metrics and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for platform expansion.
  • Act as a strategic advisor with expertise in modeling, planning, or AI applications.
  • Support onboarding and scaling in collaboration with Professional Services.
  • Surface actionable customer feedback for product innovation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success or related fields.
  • Deep knowledge of supply chain domains.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong program and stakeholder management experience.
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to quantify and communicate customer impact.
