Overview

As a Customer Success Business Partner at Anaplan, you will be responsible for the successful deployment, user adoption, and ongoing health of our customers and their Anaplan solutions, ensuring high ROI and long-term success.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of customers focused on driving adoption, expansion, and retention.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Identify customer pain points and guide them on solutions.
  • Lead Quarterly Success Reviews and present Success Scorecards.
  • Expand Anaplan usage through workshops.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally.
  • Identify renewal risks and partner with managers on mitigation plans.
  • Advise customers on governance models for self-sufficiency.
  • Contribute to customer success assets and playbooks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or management consulting.
  • German language proficiency required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in Technical Customer Success or SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Familiarity with software development processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Anaplan or similar platforms.
  • Background in change management initiatives.
