Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, creative Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team on a mission to redefine how supply chains work. You’ll help shape how the world sees Lyric, leading go-to-market plays, crafting messaging that actually makes people care, and giving sales and marketing the tools they need to crush it.

In Short

  • Support and maintain a clear, compelling messaging framework.
  • Drive high-impact GTM campaigns with demand generation.
  • Equip sales with content that converts.
  • Fuel the content engine with strategic thought leadership.
  • Establish market and competitor intelligence rigor.
  • 5-7+ years of product marketing and/or supply chain experience.
  • Proven track record of successful messaging and marketing positioning.
  • A natural storyteller who can translate complexity into value propositions.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven.
  • Comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in product marketing, supply chain roles.
  • Understanding of supply chain solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience with platform-first products or data science.

Benefits

  • Base cash compensation range of $150,000 - $200,000.
  • Additional 20% variable compensation based on performance.
  • Opportunity to receive equity in Lyric.
