Overview

As Vanta’s Partner Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping what post-sales success looks like for our indirect customer base, working through partners to drive adoption, engagement, and retention.

In Short

  • Own the post-sales relationship for indirect customers.
  • Drive product adoption and long-term retention.
  • Act as a liaison between Customer Success and Partner teams.
  • Collaborate with Partner Managers on success plans.
  • Build and iterate on internal processes and documentation.
  • Identify gaps in the post-sales partner experience.
  • Influence product experience by advocating for customer needs.
  • Deliver insights and feedback to drive performance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience supporting indirect customer relationships.
  • Strong process builder excited about new workflows.
  • Comfortable owning customer relationships end-to-end.
  • Empathy, business acumen, and clear communication skills.
  • Excitement to build something new from the ground up.
