Overview

The Marketing Manager, Insights and Analysis leverages HubSpot and other tools to deliver robust reporting systems and actionable insights that optimize PLOS’ marketing communications. This role plays a pivotal role in connecting campaign performance to data-driven marketing strategies, ensuring the effectiveness of campaigns, and advancing PLOS's mission to make science open and accessible to all.

In Short

  • This position is fully remote/home based.
  • Applications will be accepted from candidates based in the UK.
  • Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards.
  • Maximize HubSpot’s reporting capabilities.
  • Provide regular and ad hoc performance reports.
  • Synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team.
  • Identify and report on campaign trends.
  • Deliver insights that improve campaign ROI.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot reporting tools.
  • Good practical experience of Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
