This fully remote position seeks a Senior Editor, Team Manager to lead the Publication Ethics team at PLOS, contributing to strategy development and managing staff.

Requirements

• PhD in a scientific discipline or similar clinical qualification.
• Considerable editorial experience in scientific or medical journals.
• Preferred experience in training staff.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with publishing standards.
• Organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in investigating publication process manipulations.
• Expertise in data reporting, analytics, and project management.
• Ability to work across time zones.
• Proficient in maintaining professionalism in team management.
