The Marketing Insights & Analytics Manager at Fullscript will play a vital role in bridging the gap between marketing teams and data/technical teams, ensuring a clear and actionable understanding of marketing performance across various channels and campaigns.

In Short

  • Continuously analyze data across marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Deliver comprehensive funnel analysis for lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for data-driven requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams for optimization.
  • Translate business requirements into functional requirements and user stories.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B/B2C growth marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
  • Expertise in digital marketing data platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights.
  • Experience in health and wellness or SaaS industry is a bonus.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Iterable, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools like Looker Studio and Tableau.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with partners to drive performance.
