• Strong knowledge of chargeback processes.
• Proven management experience leading analytics teams.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Expertise in designing and managing data models and dashboards.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proactive and innovative mindset focused on process improvement.
