Analytics & Insights Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an Analytics & Insights Manager to drive strategic projects, from ideation to launch, as part of the Clinical Operations team. This person will play a critical role in helping solve business challenges, improve operational efficiency, and drive strategic transformation.

In Short

• Leverage existing data infrastructure to develop business intelligence.
• Develop presentation materials for cross-functional leadership.
• Analyze business data and financial reports for improvement opportunities.
• Utilize Excel and data visualization tools to present findings.
• Support development of KPIs and dashboards.
• Create insights and recommendations for growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs.
• Enhance operational performance through process improvement.
• Document business requirements and translate them into specifications.
• Support change management initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of operations management experience, healthcare preferred.
• 3+ years of business analytics experience.
• Fluency in SQL and either Python or R.
• Deep understanding of analytics best practices.
• Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable insights.
• Experience with BI tools, such as Omni.
• Comfort managing long-term and urgent projects.
• 2+ years of experience at an established tech company.
• Preferred: 1+ years at a fast-growing start-up.
