Senior Manager, Analytics & Insights - Remote

Overview

As Senior Manager, Analytics & Insights, you will be responsible for producing reporting, analytics, and insights to lead and support strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams. You will be a trusted expert who understands the data sources available and how they impact our products and business, and that is able to transform raw data into actionable insights.

In Short

• Generate analytics & insights to improve customer experience and support agents.
• Proactively identify bugs or issues within Operations and Product.
• Support strategic business decisions.
• Identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Rain’s data sources and reporting tools.
• Educate stakeholders on data access and utilization.
• Build and implement processes, tools, and dashboards.
• Drive operational efficiency through proactive issue identification.
• Enable test and learn culture by designing and implementing tests.
• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team on Data Products and Strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in strategy, analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.
• Excellence in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Excellence in insight delivery and presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Slides).
• Ability to write and edit SQL queries.
• Strong project management skills.
• Effective working both independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and decision-making.
• Ability to discern patterns and insights in data.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• High-growth analytics or operations experience.
