Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

As we continue to grow our platform and fund base, we are looking for a Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager to play a key role in managing the firm’s finance operations, fund reporting, and external service providers.

In Short

• Oversee financial reporting for multiple venture capital funds.
• Review quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Support audit processes and liaise with auditors.
• Act as primary point of contact for external providers.
• Manage finance operations including AP/AR and payroll.
• Lead monthly and quarterly management reporting.
• Manage cash flow forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate tax filings with external advisors.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Background in venture capital or private equity.
• Experience managing external service providers.
• Qualified or working towards CPA / CA / ACCA.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Tech-enabled mindset with interest in AI and automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
