Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles and benchmarking.
• Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills.
• Experience leading annual compensation cycles.
• Experience in process improvement in dynamic environments.
• Ability to guide senior leaders on complex compensation topics.
