Overview

This position will be fully remote and can be hired anywhere in the continental U.S. We are seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst to work as an integral part of Optiv’s Human Resources Compensation team. This individual will report to the Manager, Compensation and will provide support for a wide range of compensation projects and programs.

In Short

  • Leads and performs a full scope of activities associated with the development and administration of compensation programs.
  • Designs and maintains salary structures for US, Canada and India.
  • Manages small to medium size projects in areas such as annual incentive administration and market survey analysis.
  • Partners with HR and Business Leaders to address compensation trends and pay concerns.
  • Conducts job leveling, job analysis, and job evaluation.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies and recommends updates.
  • Utilizes HRIS system (Workday) for compensation data management.
  • Develops and prepares in-depth compensation reporting and analytics.
  • Leads the Annual Compensation Review (ACR) planning process.
  • Designs and delivers compensation training to managers and leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Compensation analysis and administration.
  • Experience creating and maintaining salary structures.
  • Knowledge of Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
  • Workday experience is required.
  • Advanced Excel skills with attention to detail; Power BI a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and consulting skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional judgment.
