Overview

The Senior Compensation Analyst will develop, implement, and administer job classification and compensation programs across National University, providing leadership and collaboration on compensation-related issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, Master’s preferred.
  • Five+ years of compensation experience.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of wage and hour regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
