Senior Compensation Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Compensation Analyst acts as a project manager and provides advanced analytical expertise to the planning, design, development, and administration of compensation and total rewards programs across the organization. Principal outcomes of this position include executing, modeling, and recommending strategies and programs that maximize competitive offerings, drive business results and support MyEyeDr.’s strategic goals in a cost-effective manner.

• Represent the Compensation team as an influential collaborator on projects with cross-functional business partners.
• Deliver effective, accurate and competitive pay programs to Associates and Optometrists.
• Design, implement, and maintain job architecture, career levels, and pay bands.
• Audit jobs for content and prepare job descriptions.
• Own survey management and market analysis of jobs to determine competitive positioning.
• Guide leaders through the job evaluation process.
• Provide guidance regarding salary changes and market adjustments.
• Monitor regulatory legislation and ensure compliance with compensation regulations.
• Manage annual salary review cycles and budget preparation.
• Support the design and implementation of incentive plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in compensation program analysis and administration.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mathematics, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) preferred.
• Strong auditing and incentive/commission calculation experience.
• Strong analytic and quantitative skills.
• Working knowledge of Dayforce and HRIS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office experience, especially in Excel.
• Detail-oriented strategic thinker with strong data and analytics skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
