Integration Planning Manager - Remote

Overview

The Integration Planning Manager supports acquisition and growth initiatives by coordinating due diligence activities and contributing to comprehensive integration planning. This role partners cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely data collection from sellers, synthesizes inputs across teams, and supports Day 1 readiness and post-close integration execution.

• Lead operational due diligence and integration planning for acquisitions.

• Support the development of integration playbooks.
• Partner closely with functional leads for Day 1 readiness.
• Document diligence findings in a centralized repository.
• Provide additional support in a high growth organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management.
• 5+ years of experience in operational due diligence or related roles.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• High attention to detail in data collection and reporting.
• Effective at partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive in identifying risks and resolving issues.
