Employment Brand Design Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Employment Brand Design Specialist is responsible for designing the methods, story, and tools that bring MyEyeDr.’s people programs and employer brand to life. You will shape the frameworks, messaging, and creative assets that help teams across HR activate programs that attract, engage, develop, and reward our people. You will collaborate across HR teams and cross-functionally to design materials and campaign toolkits that others can execute with confidence. You will also maintain our digital presence through internal and external websites, ensuring content is compelling, clear, and easy to navigate.

In Short

• Lead the design and launch of MyEyeDr.’s Employee Value Proposition and employer brand.
• Develop and maintain MyEyeDr.’s presence on Glassdoor and Indeed.
• Create compelling content and templates for the careers website and LinkedIn.
• Design communications campaigns for key HR initiatives.
• Develop talking points, scripts, and presentation materials for leadership.
• Build and manage a calendar of people program communications.
• Drive continuity in HR communications across the team.
• Partner with leaders to shape tone and messaging.
• Maintain and evolve SharePoint sites and HR microsites.
• Uphold confidentiality with sensitive information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, communications, business administration, marketing, or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience with project management and/or communications management.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience designing digital and print materials.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong sense of visual hierarchy and layout.
• Strong executive presence and discretion.
• Curious, adaptable, and proactive.
• Proven success in working independently.
• Knowledge of HR laws and principles.
