Integration Manager - Remote

Overview

You are a senior healthcare integration engineer who specializes in HL7v2 and HL7v4 FHIR, leading complex integration projects and ensuring data flows accurately within hospital systems.

In Short

• Lead design and development of integrations between SmarterDx and healthcare EHRs.
• Collaborate with health system IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements.
• Manage end-to-end integration workflows, from specification to go-live support.
• Ensure data integrity and interoperability compliance.
• Advise on data integration methodologies and develop operational support processes.
• Automate workflows and optimize code for efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues in production.
• Monitor evolving interoperability standards.
• Support Sales by explaining technical integration strategies to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with HL7v2 integrations in healthcare.
• 3+ years with FHIR R4 APIs/resources.
• Excellent debugging and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience using SQL for data analysis.
• Ability to lead discussions across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Adept at translating technical details into business language.
• Experience outlining timelines and risk mitigation strategies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality.
• Confidence to drive process improvements in changing environments.
