Overview

Rover is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support the development and administration of compensation programs that align with the company’s business strategies and goals.

In Short

  • Develop and analyze compensation programs to support business needs.
  • Partner with Finance on long-term incentive plan design.
  • Provide pay support for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Perform labor market analysis to attract and retain talent.
  • Review existing compensation programs and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor local compensation issues with international HR leaders.
  • Support annual bonus calculation processes.
  • Stay current on industry compensation practices and legal issues.
  • Administer the annual salary review program.
  • Serve as a compensation consultant to department managers.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in financial or compensation analysis.
  • Experience with compensation planning tools and processes.
  • Knowledge of HR operations and compensation programs.
  • Advanced analytical skills with Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers with data.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant compensation laws and regulations.
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field.
