Overview

Ro is a direct-to-patient healthcare company with a mission of helping patients achieve their health goals by delivering the easiest, most effective care possible. The Senior Manager of Customer Insights will own and grow the programs that keep Ro connected to its patients, ensuring their experiences are visible, measurable, and actionable across the organization.

Requirements

• 7–9+ years of experience in Insights, Research, or Analytics.
• Proven success in embedding feedback into performance efforts.
• Experience managing high-volume survey and feedback systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Qualtrics, Zendesk, Looker.
• Excitement about building systems and capabilities.
