Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Insights Manager to join our UK team. In this role, you will define and implement a customer and insights strategy, while leading the interpretation of platform data to generate meaningful, actionable insights for our customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in market research.
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative analytics.
• Ability to communicate a compelling narrative from data sets.
• Preferred experience in SaaS, mobile, and telecoms.
• Understanding of SaaS business operations and monetization.
• Experience working with data analysts for insights.
• Ability to articulate data-led insights to commercial teams.
• Track record of developing strategic relationships.
• Proven ability to leverage data for business strategy.
• Skilled in presenting complex data to varied audiences.
