Overview

The Senior Manager, Product Insights - Core Data is responsible for leading a team of analytics engineers to develop and scale data infrastructure and insights that improve the impact of our products and operations.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 4-6 analytics engineers.

• Build relationships with partners and ensure agreement on priorities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience delivering business value through analytics.
• 4+ years of experience leading analytics engineers.
• Strong technical expertise in analytics engineering.
• Experience managing remote or hybrid teams.
• Expert-level proficiency with SQL.
• Significant experience with Python for data analysis.
• Experience building dashboards in Looker, Power BI, Tableau.
• Familiarity with healthcare-related data is preferred.
