Senior Product Manager - Core Data Team - Remote

Overview

We are now seeking a well-versed Senior Product Manager to join the Core Data team to support the team building an Event-Driven Resource Graph that serves as a single source of truth, providing a unified view of the customer's full infrastructure estate. It will leverage an event focused architecture, enabling the publishing, consumption, cataloging, schema management and storing of data for business and product usage.

In Short

• Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for Core Data team for an event-driven Resource Graph as a cloud-native solution aligned with the business objectives
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable, highly available integration solutions
• Lead cross-functional teams through end-to-end execution, ensuring timely delivery of key features
• Craft the product story by recognizing the landscape, user needs, and HashiCorp principles
• Conduct research to identify pain points, validate product assumptions, and optimize user experiences
• Prioritize the offering roadmap by taking feedback from customers, field teams, and ecosystem partners
• Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to set the context and priority for the product delivery
• Communicate product updates and insights to leadership and engineering

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on cloud-native enterprise solutions
• Deep technical understanding, with knowledge of event-driven architectures, API management, and integration platforms
• Partner with multiple engineering and product teams across the organization
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or other modern messaging technology, RESTful APIs, cloud platforms
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions
• Deep knowledge of the enterprise cloud platform infrastructure space and market needs
• High levels of customer consideration and an interest for using data
• Analytical with the ability to prioritize and make tradeoffs
• Proficient communication skills with an emphasis on written communication
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
