Overview

Ethos is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our centralized data team, focusing on creating and maintaining well-governed data marts and driving strategic investments in the modern data and ML stack.

• Lead the centralized data team comprising Analytics Engineering and Data Infrastructure.
• Define strategy and set objectives for data initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data products with business priorities.
• Oversee the creation of data marts and implement data governance practices.
• Manage OKRs for the BI and Infrastructure squads.
• Drive investments in cost-effective infrastructure improvements.
• Facilitate the adoption of AI/ML tools across the organization.
• Prepare and present technical and business documentation.
• Build relationships across teams through effective communication.
• Work with distributed teams and stakeholders across time zones.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in data product management.
• Hands-on experience with modern data stack tools like Snowflake and DBT.
• Strong experience in managing and scaling data teams.
• Ability to define roadmaps and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with AI/ML projects or willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
• Experience in Insurance or Fintech is a plus.
