• Develop and execute consumer insights strategy for Oura’s product portfolio.
• Oversee design, execution, analysis, and reporting of consumer research.
• Ensure ongoing monitoring of customer sentiment through various studies.
• Present research findings to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
• Partner closely with product teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support strategy development and prioritization for product features.
• Identify actionable segmentation and persona development.
• Assess competitor offerings to identify gaps and innovation opportunities.
• Evaluate post-launch member experience from a member perspective.
• Manage external research partners to deliver insights.

• Experience in consumer insights and market research.
