Overview

Become part of the Bosch Benefits and Compensation Center of Excellence team focused on delivering outstanding benefit programs to our associates. Through your contributions, you will work with a team that develops strategies and manages processes related to compensation, benefits programs, and governance for roughly 16,000 employees throughout the US.

In Short

  • Drive core compensation cycles such as Annual Salary Review and Annual Bonus programs.
  • Own and maintain compensation bands utilizing external data sources.
  • Counsel and guide on standard and complex compensation issues.
  • Support in conducting market benchmarking and survey submissions.
  • Conduct analyses on large sets of data for compensation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct job audits and maintain job documentation.
  • Stay updated on compensation laws and recommend optimizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Compensation Analysis or Financial Analysis experience.
  • 5+ years of advanced data analysis and MS Excel experience.
  • 1+ years experience developing scalable processes.
  • Working knowledge of Access preferred.
  • Curiosity towards digital technologies like Power BI.
  • Strong planning and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Business and customer-oriented; flexible and efficient.
