Overview

The Senior Analyst, Compensation will support the execution of key compensation delivery processes globally, ensuring the seamless operation of compensation programs and contributing to the organization's total rewards strategy.

• Support the Associate Director, Compensation Delivery.
• Collaborate with teams to implement compensation inputs in Workday.
• Ensure data integrity during system updates.
• Manage out-of-cycle salary adjustments and promotions globally.
• Analyze data for compliance with guidelines.
• Assist in global compensation surveys.
• Develop and maintain global salary ranges.
• Facilitate the compensation survey tool (BetterComp).
• Contribute to global compensation initiatives.
• Align processes with regional and global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards.
• Strong expertise in HR systems and analytics.
• Experience with Workday preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
