Overview

The Ecosystem Lead defines ecosystem-specific COS standards for Operations, Supply Chain, QA/QC, Maintenance, and Technical Operations, overseeing the installation and continuous improvement of the CSL Operating System.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business Field.
• 10+ years of experience in leadership roles.
• Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma, with certifications preferred.
• Experience in operational roles and Lean production system implementation.
• Ability to align global processes across multiple sites.
• Experience in coaching senior leaders.
• Strong strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
• Proven track record in driving operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
