Overview

The Associate Director, Operations Center Support, directs and oversees targeted support services to centers across the network, ensuring high-impact services and deployments that improve operational performance and drive compliance.

In Short

• Direct and oversee deployment teams for Operations and Quality support services.
• Utilize performance metrics to identify center support opportunities.
• Collaborate with field and support functions for improvement opportunities.
• Partner with field leadership to monitor and sustain improvements.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and OSHA policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team leaders.
• Maintain solution playbooks and standard implementation processes.
• Oversee staffing plans and team performance assessments.
• Provide oversight of employee-related issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or biological sciences preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• 1 year Center Manager Experience preferred.
• 3 years of quality or regulatory experience required.
• Experience managing multi-site locations preferred.
• Understanding of industry standards/cGMP.
• Experience in a regulated environment with regulatory authorities.
• Proficient in office applications and electronic quality systems.
• Maintain technical training certification and professional licensure.
• Proficient in English.
