Axios is a media company dedicated to providing trustworthy, award-winning news content in an audience-first format. We're hiring an Associate Director of Events to manage day-to-day event logistics for some of our core products and special projects all while ensuring we remain true to our editorial standards.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of high volume, fast-paced events experience.
• 3+ years of client/relationship management experience.
• An eye for design and creative vision.
• Understanding of end-to-end event lifecycle management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Desire to learn new skills and grow professionally.
• Willingness to work early mornings and late nights.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Project management software experience is a plus (i.e. Wrike).
