Associate Director, Systems & Operations - Remote

Overview

The Associate Director, Systems and Operations will help align Aperio’s business systems strategy to functional and organizational objectives, ensuring the right technology, security, and processes are in place for smooth functioning and growth.

In Short

• Oversee maintenance and operations of Aperio systems.
• Manage IT partner and business software applications.
• Provide troubleshooting support and staff training.
• Define usage guidelines for business software applications.
• Review and recommend new systems based on organizational needs.
• Lead system implementation and integration projects.
• Facilitate the development of a multi-year tech ecosystem plan.
• Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement.
• Undertake special projects as assigned.
• 100% remote position with technology equipment provided.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant fields.
• 8+ years of professional experience, with 4+ years in enterprise systems management.
• Experience working with end users and translating technical requirements.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Asana, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with all levels of staff and vendors.
• Self-starter with creative solutions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
