Overview

The Associate Director, GTM Strategy & Ops, will lead and optimize the operations of our global expansion efforts, ensuring seamless scaling of Deel’s services into new markets. You will manage cross-functional initiatives, streamline processes, and provide strategic insights to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in operations management.
• At least 3-5 years of experience managing and leading a team.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-functional projects.
• Strong operational and project management skills.
• Expertise in building and optimizing processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership experience.
