The big picture: Axios is a media company dedicated to providing trustworthy, award-winning news content in an audience-first format. We are hiring a Senior Associate, Axios Live Partnerships to join our media sales team.

In Short

• Developing outreach campaigns, identifying qualified prospects, and crafting tailored communications.
• Axios Live event revenue pipeline management, reporting, and tracking.
• Ensuring GTM resources are effectively rolled out to client-facing teams.
• Supporting the sales team in addressing client inquiries and responding to RFPs.
• Collaborating with the Event Operations team to manage inventory and ensure a seamless transition from pre-sale to post-sale.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in media and/or event sales, client relations, and sponsorships.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client-facing and customer service skills, with a keen commercial instinct to support our business development efforts.
• Experience with executive outreach and scheduling.
• Strong project management skills and sales fundamentals.
• Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth sales team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite products.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills and an ability to prioritize effectively.
