Overview

Plume is seeking an experienced and strategic Ecosystem Lead to drive the growth, engagement, and success of our diverse network of partners, developers, and asset issuers. This role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for fostering innovation.

In Short

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to expand and strengthen Plume’s ecosystem.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with ecosystem partners.
• Work closely with internal teams to align ecosystem initiatives with company objectives.
• Organize and participate in industry events to promote Plume’s ecosystem.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for ecosystem health.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in ecosystem development or partnership management.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized finance.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience organizing and leading events.
