The Ecosystem India Lead will plan and execute strategies to raise Monad’s presence in the local market, focusing on building relationships with developers and early builders, and promoting Monad’s technology.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in English and Hindi
• 4+ years in a strategic role in business development, marketing, or community building
• 4+ years of crypto-industry experience
• Experience in strategy and execution of initiatives
• Track record of ownership of global initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-focused field
• Based in India
