Overview

As a Compensation Senior Analyst at Stitch Fix, you will support the Total Rewards function in identifying ways to improve our compensation processes, working closely with the People & Culture leadership team.

• Contribute to the design and evolution of compensation programs for salaried and hourly employees.
• Analyze compensation data and benchmark Warehouse and Stylist roles.
• Develop and manage incentive and bonus programs tailored for distribution centers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in compensation, including job matching and pricing.
• Experience designing variable cash compensation programs.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles and labor market trends.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets with advanced skills.
• Experience creating compensation training materials.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and create reports.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain operations and labor regulations.
• Experience with Workday.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
