Overview

The HR Shared Services team is looking for a creative, resourceful, and organized HR Consultant to support a thoughtful and effective employee experience, providing analytical support and operational oversight within a shared services environment.

In Short

• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the employee lifecycle.
• Interact with employees and internal teams to provide clarity on HR processes.
• Own Tier II specialized support for shared services programs.
• Drive process improvements utilizing cutting edge technologies.
• Enhance employee self service and automate workflows.
• Serve as administrator for ticketing systems and support metrics & reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of employment laws and ensure compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships for effective operations.
• Participate in ad hoc projects supporting the People team.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance HR processes.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of HR experience in a people-focused or HR operations role.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt plans based on needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Suite, and HRIS.
• Ability to analyze metrics and data.
