Overview

The Service Consultant is a functional and technical subject matter expert on the Firstup platform, supporting customer implementations, technical configuration, and customization.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain expertise with the Firstup platform and features.
  • Lead customers through the onboarding process and product setup.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support to customers during setup and usage.
  • Create and maintain documentation and training materials.
  • Assist customers with product configuration and integration.
  • Guide customers through email authentication setup.
  • Collect feedback to drive product improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs.
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a tech-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Four or more years in client-facing roles within a SaaS organization.
  • Experience with Enterprise SaaS applications.
  • Passion for technology and understanding of technical integrations.
  • Familiarity with API and integration concepts.
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solver mentality with proactive approach.
  • Great team player with collaboration skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and customer-focused.
