Overview

The ServiceNow Consultant will provide support and development services within a collaborative environment, focusing on the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow products.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem
• Familiarity with ITSM systems like BMC Remedy and Zendesk
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Certifications in ServiceNow are desirable
• Expert knowledge of English; knowledge of another UN language is a plus
