Requirements

• Minimum Bac+2 in IT with over 2 years of client-facing experience.
• At least 4 years of experience with ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM best practices.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript or other programming languages.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
