The Senior Consultant - ServiceNow is responsible for delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions to our clients, focusing on ServiceNow platforms.

In Short

Participate in client workshops and requirement gathering.
Assist with functional and technical design workshops.
Oversee and support the implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
Contribute to the development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
Contribute to automation and process improvement efforts.
Mentor and support junior professionals.
Pursue additional Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow design and development.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow beyond ITSM.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability.

Requirements

Experience in solution design and requirements gathering.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Angular.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM.
IT Degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science.
ITIL Foundation Certified.
