As a Technical Consultant within our ServiceNow team, your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional projects and services that ensure utmost customer satisfaction, leveraging your expertise to provide hands-on technical solutions.

In Short

Deliver technical solutions with precision and quality.
Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders.
Identify new opportunities within client accounts.
Resolve issues and support project delivery.
Mentor and coach junior team members.
Participate in hiring decisions.
Engage in technical workshops.
Ensure delivery aligns with best practices.
Contribute to fostering technical and consulting excellence.

Requirements

IT Degree or relevant education in Computer Science.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM.
Sales and presales accreditation in ServiceNow products.
Demonstrated success in ServiceNow project delivery.
Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX.
Experience leading workshops.
Exceptional communication skills.
3+ years of successful ServiceNow project delivery (nice to have).
