Overview

The Lead Technical Consultant is responsible for guiding and delivering complex ServiceNow implementations across the APAC region, ensuring high-quality, on-time outcomes and outstanding customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Serve as the ServiceNow subject-matter expert.
  • Design, develop, test, and implement solutions leveraging ServiceNow functionality.
  • Produce high-quality design specifications and build documentation.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Identify new engagements and upsell opportunities.
  • Act as an escalation point for project issues.
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants.
  • Lead a small team to achieve high billable utilization.
  • Participate in hiring decisions and interview panels.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable frameworks and knowledge assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and other relevant certifications.
  • Proven track record delivering ServiceNow projects.
  • Hands-on development skills in JavaScript, HTML, XML, and integrations.
  • Experience leading customer workshops and gathering requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous coaching or people-leadership experience.
  • Awareness of leadership competencies.
  • General understanding of ServiceNow licensing.
  • Additional certifications in project management are a plus.
