• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITBM custom PPM solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Ability to run PPM workshops and gather requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Provide guidance to managers and teams.
• Nice to have: ServiceNow certifications.
