• Expertise in ServiceNow's CMDB and Discovery products is required.
• Responsible for assessing current state processes and defining solution requirements.
• Experience in configuration and development with ServiceNow CMDB is essential.
• Must have a strong background in IT Service Management processes.
• Experience with cloud deployment and standardizations needed.
• Must be comfortable developing in ServiceNow.
• Strong interpersonal skills required to establish credibility.
• 5+ years of experience in ITSM/ITIL and CMDB processes is a must.
• 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience preferred.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Discovery and Data Foundation.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow focusing on Event management and integrations.
• Deep expertise in modeling network and storage infrastructure.
• Understanding of application and infrastructure architectures.
• Experience documenting tool requirements from To-Be processes.
• Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow JavaScript and glide queries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
