• Seeking an Associate level ServiceNow IT Operations (ITOM) Technical Consultant.
• Responsible for configuring and developing ServiceNow solutions.
• Combines technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform with CMDB, ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions including custom applications and workflows.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITOM applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Support end-to-end project delivery including testing and deployment.
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and APIs.
• Ideal candidate is a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Work diligently towards ITOM Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum or SAFe preferred).
• Understanding of enterprise service management practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
