• Responsible for configuring and developing ServiceNow solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Combines technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform with Event Management experience.
• Hands-on experience working in the Event Management space in ServiceNow or similar tools.
• Requires ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Develop and implement custom applications, workflows, forms, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Support end-to-end project delivery including testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills required.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow platform development.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Understanding of enterprise service management practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator certification required.
