• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions including custom applications and workflows.
• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules like HAM, SAM, and CMDB.
• Provide guidance on best practices for HAM and SAM.
• Implement and customize Discovery in restricted environments.
• Create client scripts and automations.
• Develop visualizations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead technical workshops for design and architecture.
• Support project delivery including sprint planning and testing.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into designs.
• Experience delivering full-cycle ServiceNow implementations.
• Direct experience with Discovery and Midservers.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow architecture.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
