Overview

Windward Consulting is seeking an Associate ServiceNow ITSM Business Analyst to support the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow IT Service Management solutions across various clients. The role involves understanding business needs, documenting requirements, and ensuring successful solution delivery.

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Support workshops and process mapping sessions.
• Create documentation including process flows and user stories.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Foundational understanding of IT Service Management.
• Experience in documenting business requirements and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
